Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! I love bringing new ideas to life.

You can fill out the Custom Order Form with your details, and I’ll get back to you with a quote and timeline once I’ve reviewed your request.

How long does a custom order take?

It depends on the complexity of the piece and my current queue, but most custom projects take 4–6 weeks from start to finish.
If you have a specific date in mind (like a wedding or anniversary), just let me know. I’ll always try to make it work.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Kingston, Ontario, where all Willow & Ash pieces are designed, cut, and finished by hand.
Local pickup is available in the area. You’ll see that option at checkout.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! I ship across the world.
All items are carefully packaged to survive the trip (I baby them more than my houseplants).
Free shipping within Canada is often available on select orders, you’ll see the note at checkout. (Please note that this does not apply to Made-To-Order items)

Can you recreate a design I saw elsewhere?

I’ll never directly copy another artist’s work, but I can absolutely create something inspired by your reference while keeping it original and true to my style.

Do you sell wholesale or offer collaborations?

Yes! I love working with local businesses and makers.
Send me a message through my Contact Page or email me directly to chat about wholesale or partnership opportunities.

How should I hang my wall art?

Most of my pieces come with French cleats or sawtooth hangers, depending on the size.
If your piece includes French cleats, check the installation guide that comes with your order. It’s easy, promise.

Since each piece is handmade, I don’t accept returns on custom orders. But if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, reach out right away and we’ll make it right.

How long does shipping take?

For smaller items, these are shipped via Canada Post Oversized lettermail. Pending postal strikes, these times may vary, but often arrive within 5-7 business days.

For larger pieces, they will be shipped through a carrier and you will be contacted directly with tracking and timelines. These more often than not take 3-4 business days.
